At Youth Action, our work spans a wide range of programmes designed to empower young people and tackle inequalities. From youth leadership training to adult education, we equip individuals with the skills and confidence to thrive. Our employment support initiatives help young people and families overcome barriers to work, while our focus on addressing inequalities—be it in health, economics, education, or living conditions—ensures no one is left behind.
We are proud to have taken young people to over 50 countries, giving them the opportunity to take a seat at the table at major youth-led conferences and shape the global conversation. Our international consultancy work further amplifies young voices and drives meaningful change worldwide.
Closer to home, we stand with families in times of crisis, whether supporting them through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic or the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
